Appellant did not give a written reason for his Application for Appeal, but he made mention of appealing the driveway issue. When I contacted Inspector John Peter Ross to get approval to accept this appeal beyond the original date to comply, he also said that the refuse issue has been resolved, but Mr. Soukhanov wants to appeal the parking on unapproved surface issue. - KF

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Anton Soukhanov to a Correction Order at 1280 SEVENTH STREET WEST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until July 15, 2014 for owner to go through a site plan review for the parking issue. The parking area has to be dramatically diminished to three (3) parking spaces; grant the use of a class 5 parking surface but the owner will need to put some sort of separation between the parking area and the grass area (clean boundaries); and, the property must be maintained; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
