Purpose of Appeal
As personal representative of the Estate of Elgene Leary, I plan to sell the 1040 Cumberland St. property by May 31, 2014. I intend to get a Truth in Housing inspection and have the buyer make all necessary repairs.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Victoria Fegley to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1040 CUMBERLAND STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until June 1, 2014 to come into compliance or the property must be vacated; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
