Comments:  On February 5 City Council Public Hearing, LHO recommended that the City Council waive the Vacant Building fee to July 14, 2014 to get work done on the building.  If the work is done, Ms. Moermond will reduce the Vacant Building fee in half.   (Assessed in error; will lay over to Public Hearing in July).

Comments from DSI:  01/08/14: LHO ordered half fee due and to allow all permits - half fee awarded ONLY if work has finished by 7/14/14. Fee process and assessment will occur as normal, and fee adjustment to be handled at LHO after assessment.
