Purpose of Appeal
Items 2 & 3 Windows need to have replacement parts custom made, estimated time 8-10 weeks. Windows will have to be removed to be repaired and then painted, would like warmer weather to do the work. Windows function, & are closed at this time.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Allison Klis to a Correction Notice - Complaint Inspection at 610 SUMMIT AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extension until June 20, 2014 to repair the dining/living room windows provided that the cranks are repaired so that the bedroom windows are openable and the bedroom windows are not awning style; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
