WHEREAS on April 2, 2014, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 14-7, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Excessive Use of Inspection services from July 30 to October 25, 2013 at 635 Canton Street. (File No. J1402E, Assessment No. 148301); and
WHEREAS, the property at 635 Canton Street, being described as: Waltons Rearrangement Nly 8 Ft Of Lot 2 & All Of Lot 1, with the property identification number 11-28-23-43-0288 was assessed an amount of $155.00; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as there was an inspector error made and the work was done by the owner; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $155.00, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 14-7 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
