RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405 - 74205 the total sum of forty five thousand dollars and no cents ($45,000.00) in full and final settlement of Plaintiff's claims in Stephen Wolfe v. Lokhorst, et al., civil court file number 13-CV-686 for all claims for damages, medical bills and attorneys' fees regarding the excessive force and illegal search claim on October 9, 2011.
