Title
Amending the financing and spending plans in the Department of Public Works in the amount of $1,505,000 to add SPRWS, Sewers, and assessment financing to the budget in conjunction with the 2014 RSVP.
Body
WHEREAS, Public Works desires to award the low bid contracts for two of the four 2014 RSVP Program; and
WHEREAS, the budget authority is not currently located in the proper accounts; and
WHEREAS, there needs to be $ 1,505,000.00 added for SPRWS, Sewers, and Assessment Financing for work added to the 2014 RSVP Project; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation, funds of $ 1,505,000.00 in the Capital Improvement Budgets; so
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor and advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that $ 1,505,000.00 is available for appropriation in the Capital Improvement Budgets, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the Improvements Budgets in the following paticulars:
