WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council File RES 14-684 accepted the Report of Completion for Repair of Sanitary Sewer Line on Private Properties requested by the Property Owner during the time period of September to December 2013; and
WHEREAS, the City held a public hearing on June 4, 2014 to consider ratification of assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter and Ch. 60 of the Administrative Code, the assessment is herby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment is to be payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
