Waiving the 45-day notice requirement, upgrading the existing Wine On Sale and Malt On Sale (Strong) licenses to a Liquor On Sale-181-290 Seats and a Liquor On Sale - Sunday license, and adding Liquor Outside Service - Patio and Entertainment B licenses for the City of Saint Paul, Department of Parks and Recreation, for the Como Park Golf Course and Clubhouse at 1431 Lexington Parkway North.

WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, Department of Parks and Recreation (License ID # 20140000557) applied to upgrade their existing Wine On Sale and Malt On Sale (Strong) licenses to a Liquor On Sale-181-290 Seats and a Liquor On Sale - Sunday license and add an Entertainment B license for the Como Park Golf Course and Clubhouse located at 1431 Lexington Parkway North in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received a letter from the District 10 Como Community Council approving the 45-day waiver and raising no objections to the licensee's request to upgrade to a Liquor On Sale-181-290 Seats, a Liquor On Sale - Sunday and add an Entertainment B license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds for denial of the upgrade to a Liquor On Sale-181-290 Seats and a Liquor On Sale - Sunday license and the addition of a Liquor Outside Service-Patio and Entertainment B license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, that the upgrade to a Liquor On Sale-181-290 Seats or less, Liquor On Sale - Sunday and addition of a Liquor Outside Service-Patio and Entertainment B license are hereby granted to the City of Saint Paul, Department of Parks and Recreation for the Como Park Golf Course and Clubhouse located at 1431 Lexington Parkway North in Saint Paul with the following condition:
1) Providing of entertainment shall be limited to indoors unless prior written authorization and/or additional licensing is obtained from the Department of Safety and Inspections.
