Purpose of Appeal
- Vehicle hasn't been working. Was unable to fix to get running due to snow covering vehicle & no garage on my property to work on it.
- Appealing brush & improperly placed items. Wood is over my fire pit & was in snow. Couldn't burn it. & my kids bike, I don't have a garage to store them in.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Shawnacy Wells to a Summary Abatement Order and Vehicle Abatement Order at 1422 DESOTO STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until April 18, 2014 for materials in the back yard to come into compliance except the brush and vehicle issues, which are granted until May 1, 2014; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
