Title

Ratifying the assessments for Property Clean Up services from December 2 to 31, 2013. (File No. J1406A, Assessment No. 148505)

Body

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 14-156 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during the time period of December 2 to December 31, 2013 and

WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on April 16, 2014 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and

WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:

RLH TA 14-227:  630 Aurora Avenue;

RLH TA 14-141:  456-458 Charles Avenue;

RLH TA 14-130:  310 Edmund Avenue;

RLH TA 14-131:  511 Edmund Avenue;

RLH TA 14-150:  480 Forest Street;

RLH TA 14-143:  804-806 Fourth Street East;

RLH TA 14-132:  370 Maryland Avenue West;

RLH TA 14-136:  395 Oxford Street North;

RLH TA 14-140:  331 Pascal Street North;

RLH TA 14-152:  1329 Selby Avenue;

RLH TA 14-133:  832 Sherburne Avenue;

RLH TA 14-134:  1271 Sherburne Avenue;

RLH TA 14-118:  315 Sidney Street East;

RLH TA 14-142:  290 Stinson Street;

RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
