RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul, the proper Board officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay from the Injuries and Damages fund, Activity 850-28171-0511, to Progressive Preferred Insurance Company the sum of $8,517.72 in full settlement of claimant's claim for property damages, loss or injury as a result of an automobile accident on February 1, 2013 on Hwy 36 near English Street in Maplewood, MN.
