RESOLVED, that, upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul, the proper Board officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay from the Injuries and Damages fund, Activity 850-1028171-0511 to Lancer Service, Inc. the sum of $8,546.79 as full settlement of a claim for damages sustained on January 10, 2013, at 270 East 8^th Street, Saint Paul, MN 55101.
