Purpose of Appeal
Construction on this property is scheduled to start the week of March 31st, 2014 and will be completed within 6 months at which point it will become a professionally managed duplex. The city will no longer need to maintain the property. We are asking for 6 months suspension of the vacant building fee. Thank you for your consideration.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Matt Bartlett to a Vacant Building Registration Renewal Notice at 1087 RANDOLPH AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the vacant building fee for 90 days; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
