Title
Appeal of Lynne Houle-Cherveny to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 578 POINT DOUGLAS ROAD SOUTH. (APPEAL WITHDRAWN)
Purpose of Appeal
I was told while attempting to register the "Vacant Building Registration Form" that what was left of my home was to be demolished by the city and that an emergency abatement order has been issued. On the Vacant Building Form there is a section to apply for a 90 day extension from this fee and an area to explain what my plans are for the property. I have the funds to demolish the structure myself and to hire my own company to achieve these ends. I do not wish for the city to perform this job and have expressed this verbally many times. I feel that I was not allowed to exercise my options in due course of the law and city codes.
