WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Robb Jacobs to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1139 PAYNE AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a variance provided that a double keyed lock is used, using the same key for that lock as the front door and grant an extension to April 2, 2014 for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
