Purpose of Appeal
We filing appeal because fire marshall missed management & resident when inspection day. The work has been completed and permits were pulled. City sent inspector & passed the work and checked all correction as and signed off on it. P.S. Resident skipped and when we went to check on the property we saw the notice on the door from inspector.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of 762 Lightner, LLC to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 762 LIGHTNER PLACE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council change to Vacant Building Category 1 and waive the Vacant Building fee for 30 days for owner to get Fire Certificate of Occupancy re-instated; and if it not re-instated in that time the building will revert to a category 2 registered vacant building and require a code compliance certificate prior to re-occupation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
