Amending the Financing and Spending Plans at the Saint Paul Public Library Agency

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Public Library Agency has monies available from MELSA that were received in 2013 for technology related projects and modifications, and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Public Library Agency has plans to make modifications and purchase equipment in several branch libraries, and
WHEREAS, the financing and spending plans for these monies has not been established, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.7.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriations funds of $90,000 in excess of those estimated in the 2014 budget and recommends the changes to the 2014 budget described in the attached fiscal analysis;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Library Board approves the changes to the 2014 Adopted Budget, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that said budget, as heretofore adopted by the Library Board is hereby amended as indicated in the attached fiscal analysis form.
