Title
Amending the financing and spending plans in the Department of Public Works in the amount of $561,770 to add the Ramsey County portion of project expense to the Raymond Avenue Project, and transferring an additional $10,966.50 to the Bayless Project.   
 
Body
WHEREAS, The Department of Public Works has an agreement with Ramsey County for the Raymond Project in the amount of $ 561,766.43 for the County portion of the project, and  
 
WHEREAS, Bayless Project, established in RES PH 14-9 requires an additional transfer from the Raymond Project in the amount of $ 10,966.50; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation, funds of $ 561,766.43 in the Capital Improvement Budgets; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.3 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for transfer of appropriation, funds of $ 10,966.50; so
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor and advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that $561,766.43 is available for appropriation in the Capital Improvement Budgets and $ 10,966.50 is available for transfer of appropriation, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the Improvement Budgets in the following particulars:
