WHEREAS on September 4, 2013, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 13-72, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Vacant Building Fees billed August 28, 2012 to March 21, 2013 at 461 Arlington Avenue West. (File No. VB1311, Asmt No. 138815); and
WHEREAS, the property at 461 Arlington Avenue West, being described as: Edwin M. Ware's Cumberland Addition Plat 1 E 16 Ft of Lot 14 and Ex E 6 Ft Lot 13 Blk 11, with the property identification number 24-29-23-24-0105 was assessed an amount of $1,689.98; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the owner was only in the Vacant Building Program from two months; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $1,689.98 be abated from the 2014 property tax statement. Council File No. RLH AR 13-72 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
