WHEREAS, 411 Minnesota Street, LLC d/b/a Doubletree By Hilton Saint Paul (License ID #20130000646) applied for a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license for the premises located at 411 Minnesota Street in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the licensee currently holds a Liquor Off Sale, Liquor On Sale-Sunday, Liquor On Sale - 291 or more Seats and an Entertainment B license; and
WHEREAS, notification letters were sent out to neighbors and nearby businesses and there were no objections to the issuance of the license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds for denial of the Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, that a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license is hereby granted to 411 Minnesota Street, LLC d/b/a Doubletree By Hilton Saint Paul for the premises located at 411 Minnesota Street in Saint Paul.
