Authorizing the Fire Department to enter into a joint powers agreement with Century College to allow them to use the Fire Department training facilities in exchange for credit for apprenticeship classes, customized classes, fire training mobile prop rental, and promotional testing.

RESOLVED, that the proper City official are hereby authorized and directed to execute a joint powers agreement with Century College to allow them to use our training facilities in exchange to credit for apprenticeship classes, customized classes, fire training mobile prop rental, and promotional testing, as provided by the Fire Department, a copy of said agreement is to be kept on file and of record in the Office of Financial Services.
