Appeal of Frederic Scofield to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1836 FORD PARKWAY.
Purpose of Appeal
1) Delay repainting 1836 bathroom ceiling until April or May when tenant will be out of town because paint smell is objectionable to tenant.
2) Waive "clothes drier exhaust duct replacement "Licensed contractor permit" because I arranged to change the vents before I knew about the permit requirement.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Frederic Scofield to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1836 FORD PARKWAY, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until June 1, 2014 for bathroom ceiling to be painted and grant until March 15, 2014 to get permit finaled on the dryer exhaust duct; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
