Purpose of Appeal
Purchased the property late last year and started the process to take it off the VBII Category. We are excited to get started and have been anxious to get the permit to start. Our finish date should be by April or early May, about 1.5 to 2 months after permit is given.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Lung Tran to a Vacant Building Registration Fee at 555 SELBY AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the vacant building fee for 90 days; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
