WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Maria Weichman to a Reinspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy With Deficiencies at 93 COOK AVENUE WEST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant 60 days for Appellant to get Fire Certificate of Occupancy re-instated or the property will need a code compliance inspection and certificate, and the Vacant Building Fee will be waived for 90 days; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
