Approving the construction of a planted median at the Marshall/Wilder intersection.
Body
WHEREAS, a planted median at the Marshall/Wilder intersection was proposed as part of the Marshall Green Streets project; and
WHEREAS, funding for the proposed median at the Marshall/Wilder intersection was allocated under public hearing resolution 14-9; and
 
WHEREAS, Public Works wants to proceed with the design and construction of the median to improve pedestrian safety and calm traffic at the Marshall/Wilder intersection; and
WHEREAS, Public Works wants input from the public on median design at this public hearing to finalize the design; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council approves proceeding with the construction of the median at the Marshall/Wilder intersection.
