WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Cheryl Hilyar, on behalf of John Barrett, to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 1104 RICE STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the vacant building fee for 30 days and revert the vacant building to a Category 1 so that appeallant has an opportunity to ge tthe Fire Certificate of Occupancy re-instated; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
