Approving the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Saint Paul and District Lodge No. 77 International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, AFL-CIO to modify the current Collective Bargaining Agreement (2013 - 2015) to allow the classification of Communication Equipment Installer to receive a tool and shoe allowance equivalent to Communications Technician Helper as stipulated in Article 9.2 of the current Collective Bargaining Agreement.

RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint paul hereby approves and ratifies the attached Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Saint Paul and District Lodge No. 77 International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, AFL-CIO to modify the current Collective Bargaining Agreement (2013 - 2015) to allow the classification of Communication Equipment Installer to receive a tool and shoe allowance equivalent to Communications Technician Helper as stipulated in Article 9.2 of the current Collective Bargaining Agreement.
