Body

WHEREAS on January 16, 2013, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File Nos. RLH AR 13-105 and RLH TA 13-670, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for  Excessive Use of Inspection Services billed April 8 to July 26, 2013 at 1745 Reaney Avenue. (File No. J1401E, Assessment No. 148300); and

WHEREAS, the property at 1745 Reaney Avenue, being described as: Kuhls 2nd Additon Lot 22 Blk 3, with the property identification number 27-29-22-44-0064 was assessed an amount of $155.00; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as notification went to the previous owner; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $155.00, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File Nos. RLH AR 13-105 and RLH TA 13-670 are hereby amended to reflect this change.
