Amending Council File RLH AR 13-113 to delete the assessment for Collection of Certificate of Occupancy Fees billed July 4 to August 1, 2013 at 1627 MINNEHAHA AVENUE EAST. (File No. CRT1403, Assessment No. 148202)

WHEREAS on January 15, 2014, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 13-113, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Certificate of Occupancy Fees billed July 4 to August 1, 2013 at 1627 Minnehaha Avenue East. (File No. CRT1403, Assessment No. 148202); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1627 Minnehaha Avenue East, being described as: Denslows Re Pt B2pt B3pt B4 Lot 23 Blk 9, with the property identification number 27-29-22-43-0096 was assessed an amount $410.00; and
WHEREAS, the staff at the Department of Safety and Inspections recommends deleting the assessment because the asessment was already paid by the property owner and administrsative errors;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $410.00, plus any accrued interests, be deleted and Council File No. RLH AR 13-113 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
