Purpose of Appeal
I believe that my electrical panel is up to code. I've been having regular inspection since 2007 and there has never been an issue. I believe I'm being forced to update my fuse panel just because, not because there's a problem.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Michael and Tiffany Roberts to a Correction Notice-Reinspection Complaint at 937 York Avenue, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extension for four weeks (February 21, 2014) to bring the electrical panel into compliance by sealing the open area as outlined in the Legislative Hearing; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
