Approving a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license for Sakana II, Inc., d/b/a Sakana Asian Bistro (License ID #20120003241) at 740 Cleveland Avenue South.

WHEREAS, Sakana II, Inc. d/b/a Sakana Asian Bistro (License ID #20120003241) applied for a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license for the premises located at 740 Cleveland Avenue South in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the licensee currently has a Wine On Sale and a Malt On Sale (Strong) license at that location; and
WHEREAS, licensee was able to obtain eighteen (18) out of a twenty-nine (29) possible signatures for sixty-two (62) percent support of their Consent Petition; and
WHEREAS, there were no objections regarding the license notification submitted to the Legislative Hearing Officer; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds for denial of the Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, that the Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license is hereby granted to Sakana II, Inc. d/b/a Sakana Asian Bistro for the premises located at 740 Cleveland Avenue South.
