Amending Council File RLH FCO 13-240, adopted December 4, 2013, to grant Vik Karr an additional extension for property at 314-332 CHESTER STREET.

WHEREAS, on December 4, 2013, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RLH FCO 13-240, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy with Deficiencies Notice for property at 314-332 Chester Street; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing recommended that the Council grant an extension until January 1, 2014 for compliance by gaining approval from Zoning and Building Official for change in use; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and
WHEREAS, the Appellant is requesting additional extension to continue their church services while finishing up the work in accordance with the deficiency list; and
WHEREAS, after reviewing the file, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends granting additional time; Now, Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that an extension is hereby granted to February 14, 2014.
