WHEREAS on January 2, 2014, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 13-135, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Towing of Abandoned Vehicle Services from January to May 2013 at 782 Magnolia Avenue East. (File No. J1401V, Assessment No. 148000); and
WHEREAS, the property at 782 Magnolia Avenue East, being described as: E M Mackubins Sub of Blk 1 Lot 9 Blk 1, with the property identification number 29-29-22-14-0005 was assessed an amount of $1,704.00; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment due to insufficient notice to new and old owners, unnecessarily lengthy storage time at the impound lot and the slow update of ownership records from Ramsey County; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $1,704.00, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 13-135 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
