Body
WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Truong Mai to a Vacant Building Registration Fee at 995 ARCADE STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the vacant building fee to March 15, 2014 to get work done on the building. If work is done and permit(s), if any, are finaled, will prorate the forthcoming assessment for the vacant building fee; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
