RESOLVED, the the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute a agreement to extend the use of the Saint Paul Fire Department training facilities to the Imperial Order of Fire and Brimstone Ltd., which includes an indemnification clause, as provided by the Saint Paul Fire Department; a copy of said agreement is to be kept on file and of record in the Office of Financial Services.
