Title
Amending the financing and spending plans in the Department of Public Works in the amount of $206,448.03 in additional revenues, and $14,043.91 for transfer of appropriations in order to clean up and realign projects.

Body
WHEREAS, in a continuing effort by the Department of Public Works to effectively manage capital budgets , there is a need to rectify the financing and spending within particular projects and to transfer program dollars into specific projects; and
WHEREAS, the Phalen Village Left Turn Lane Project is completed and requires adjustments to revenue to correctly reflect actual amounts and sources; and
WHEREAS, Bayless Project needs to establish spending and financing in the 2013 Local Street & Alley Program; and,
WHEREAS, the 2012 Sidewalk Program is completed and requires adjustments to revenue to correctly reflect actual amounts; and,
WHEREAS, the 6th Street Sidewalk Widening Project needs to have St Paul Regional Water financing added to the project; and
WHEREAS, a spending and financing plan needs to be established for the median installation on Marshall at Wilder under the 2013 Bike, Ped, and Traffic Safety Program, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation, funds of $206,448.03 in the Capital Improvement Budgets; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.09 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for transfer, funds of $14,043.91; so
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor and advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that the Capital Improvement Budgets, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council; be hereby further amended in the Improvement Budgets as detailed and shown on the attached Financial Analysis.
