Granting a 90-day extension for the rehabilitation or removal of 1565 SEVENTH STREET EAST.
Body
WHEREAS, on June 19, 2013, the Saint Paul City Council adopted Council File RLH RR 13-24, which ordered the repair or removal of 1565 Seventh Street East within 180-days; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed this request with input from the Vacant Building Program Manager and the Building Official, who are in agreement that significant progress toward the rehabilitation has been made; and
WHEREAS, Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that a 90-day extension be granted; Now, Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby grants a 90-day for the rehabilitation or razing and removal of the structures.
