AMENDED 1/15/14
WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Jaren Johnson, attorney for Brett King, to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 586 REANEY AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant all items by June 1, 2014, including the approval of site plan by Zoning the appeal as it pertains to the adjacent property and orders will be forthcoming from Zoning staff for compliance with applicable codes; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
