Appeal of Marcia Lowry to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 1859 SAINT CLAIR AVENUE.
Purpose of Appeal
The required work is underway and will be completed before the date ordered to vacate. I have cooperated fully with the work order A contractor was chosen within 1 week of receipt of letter mandating the rebuild of rear steps. Work was expected complete late October. The contractors previous job ran long. I received no indication I would miss the deadline until the week prior.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Marcia Lowry to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 1859 SAINT CLAIR AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until January 10, 2014 for compliance and the building permit to be finaled; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
