Title
Appeal of Jim Chang to a Re-Inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy With Deficiencies at 726 COTTAGE AVENUE EAST.

Purpose of Appeal
Windows are recent installments, installed by licensed installer.  Size is just under minimum size.  Fire inspector believes we can get a variance for them since they are close enough to minimum size.  No more residents living downstairs, so no need for these windows to comply.
