#3 - Unit 1 rear bedroom.  Window is certainly large enough for a person to escape.  Windows are nice newer vinyl - large and open easily

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Robert Torning to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 996 BURGESS STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 5 inch variance on the openable height of the winder in the rear bedroom, Unit 1; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
