WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 13-2038 accepted the Report of Completion for the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for constructing a water service connection at 1965 Norfolk Avenue, as requested by the property owner. This project was completed during the Madison/Benson RSVP; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on February 5, 2014 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
