Approving adverse action against all licenses held by SPC Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a Station 4 at 201 Fourth Street East.

WHEREAS, all licenses held by SPC Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Station 4 (License ID #20040005222) for the premises located at 201 - 4th Street East in Saint Paul were the subject of a Notice of Intent to Revoke Licenses dated November 22, 2013, stating the licensee failed to pay delinquent license and late fees of $4,360.00, submit a current certificate of Liquor Liability insurance, a State Liquor Certification, a city renewal application and a completed Certificate of Compliance Minnesota Workers' Compensation Law form; and
WHEREAS, records also show the Fire Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) for the basement and bar had been revoked as of June 7, 2013; and
 
WHEREAS, Saint Paul Legislative Code ยง 40.01(a) requires that "all existing buildings in the city are required to have and maintain a fire certificate of occupancy, issued by the fire marshal"; and
WHEREAS, based on this information, the licensing office recommended revocation of all licenses; and  
 
WHEREAS, the licensee did not respond to the Notice of Intent to Revoke Licenses to  request a public or administrative hearing; and
WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Revoke Licenses stated that if the licensee failed to request a public or administrative hearing by December 2, 2013, that the matter would be placed on the consent agenda to impose the recommended penalty; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, all licenses held by SPC Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Station 4 are hereby revoked.
