Comments: Inspector met with PO Howard Merrill at properties (six vacant lots). PO said he needed more time and had many excuses of why work wasn't done. Was given a two week extension for 1070 Mackubin and no attempt made to maintain the other five lots. PO also argued that the city maintains the area between the two makeshift driveways. Inspector called PW supervisor Greg Tannem who indicated the City does not maintain any of these lots. PO was advised he had until 7-29-13 to cut and clean all six lots and was advised to file an appeal. Lot is overgrown with brush and rank plant growth. There is also dumped brush and tree debris on the lot and in the street in front of the lot. Two work orders sent.
