WHEREAS, the Tree Trimmer & 1 Vehicle license application submitted by EB Property Service, LLC d/b/a EB Property Service, LLC (License ID #20120003135) for the City of Saint Paul was the subject of a Notice of Intent to Deny License dated November 22, 2013, stating the licensee's application was pending and could not be processed because he failed to submit information required to complete the application process; and
WHEREAS, the licensee did not respond to the Notice of Deny License to submit the required information, request a hearing or withdraw his license application; and
WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Deny License stated if the licensee failed to submit the required information, request a hearing or withdraw his license application by December 2, 2013, that the matter would be placed on the consent agenda to impose the recommended penalty; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, the Tree Trimmer & 1 Vehicle license application submitted by EB Property Service, LLC d/b/a EB Property Service, LLC is hereby denied.
