Title
Approving adverse action against all licenses held by Cinema Saint Paul, LLC, d/b/a Palumbo's Pizzeria at 454 Snelling Avenue South.
Body
WHEREAS, all licenses held by Cinema Saint Paul, LLC d/b/a Palumbo's Pizzeria (License ID #20110002096) for the premises located at 454 Snelling Avenue South in Saint Paul were the subject of a Notice of Intent to Suspend Licenses dated November 26, 2013, alleging licensee failed to pay delinquent license and late fees of $811.00, submit a current State Certification and a copy of gross receipts for food and beverages in violation of license condition #2; and
 
WHEREAS, per Saint Paul Legislative Code ยง310.05 (m) (2), the licensing office also recommended a $500.00 matrix penalty for failure to submit required information in order to maintain the license; and   
 
WHEREAS, the licensee did not respond to the Notice of Intent to Suspend Licenses to pay the delinquent license fees and submit required information or request a public or administrative hearing; and  
 
WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Suspend Licenses stated that if the licensee failed to pay the delinquent license and late fees and submit the required information or request a hearing by December 6, 2013, that the matter would be placed on the consent agenda to impose the recommended penalty; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, all licenses held by Cinema Saint Paul, LLC d/b/a Palumbo's Pizzeria are hereby suspended for failure to pay delinquent license and late fees of $811.00.
FURTHER RESOLVED, the licensee is ordered to pay a matrix penalty of $500.00 for failure to submit required information in order to maintain the license.
 
The licenses will remain suspended until all license fees and penalties are paid in full and all required information is submitted to the Department of Safety and Inspections.
