ADMINSTRATIVE ORDER, consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter and based on the request of the Director of the Office of Technology and Communications, to amend the 2013 spending budget for Citywide Info Services Div (1001115) to increase the available spending authority in Fees - Other Professional Services by decreasing the current amount allocated for Salary. The additional spending authority in services is needed to cover the cost of staff augmentation necessitated by multiple voluntary leaves. The Director of the Office of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the following manner.
