Adopting the 2014 Dollar List and Budget Policy Plan.

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council has undertaken a review of the Mayor's 2014 Budget Proposal;
WHEREAS, the Dollar List is a summary of Council changes to the proposed budget identified during the meetings of the Council Budget Committee;
WHEREAS, the 2014 Budget Policy Plan is a compilation of the policy issues identified by the Council Budget Committee for follow-up;
WHEREAS, the 2014 Dollar List is included as Attachment A;
WHEREAS, the 2014 Budget Policy Plan is included as Attachment B;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council adopts the 2014 Dollar List and Budget Policy Plan and directs Council staff to coordinate with the Administration in the completion of the items in the policy plan.
