Purpose of Appeal
610 St. Albans has a few troubles, but no way should be condemned. Started working on the other house and didn't know the emergency 610 was. Never told could not have an extension every all willing to work with us until now.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Wendy Jansen to a Notice of Condemnation as Unfit for Human Habitation and Order to Vacate at 610 ST. ALBANS STREET NORTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal on the condemnation and order to vacate and grant an extension for the following: 1) broken windows, rotten open boards on the soffit and fascia, and all holes need to be repaired by January 1, 2014; all other work by June 15, 2014; and all exterior painting can wait until spring or summer or the boards can be painted before the repairs are done; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
